Personal Supervisor is the person who is responsible for Managing all employee-related issues suchas, employee relations, performance management, payroll, ticketing, medical insurance, & Government relations as following:
Monitors all the function of the Personnel Department.
Attend all meeting that represent personnel dept.
Attending governmental events related to Saudization when required.
Checking medical visa s and locum visa s and anything related to staff.
Monitors the visas with agencies makes authorization (statistic follow up)
Monitors all exit re-entry, new iqama, renewal of iqama, family visa s and all other related government issuances.
Reports on expiring iqama list on monthly basis.
Makes a review of GOSI, MOHE, HRSD,HRDF .
Liaison with staff for any work related requirements.
Follow all document attestations from authorities.
Follow up HRDF in monthly basis with Finance Department.
Prepare regular needed statistics reports (monthly, quarterly and annually).
Preparation & Reporting of NCAAA.
To coordinate with Audit, Risk, Finance Departments.
Keep track and alert for all deadline official documents and do renewal on time.
To work with HR colleagues to develop a high quality HR service.
Make all arrangement for needed working visa for academic and administration and follow the whole process and make regular reports
Tickets issuance and manage making payment reports
Manage all clearance process for leavers
Follows all issues with legal related to labor office complains and make reports to HR manager
Keeps employees file updated
Control all internal audits point and manage to fill full the requirements, needed
Supervise and guide and support all personnel s staff in the daily works and be sample of punctuality and responsibility.
Perform other duties that may be assigned by the department head.
Education:
Holder of Bachelor Degree in Human Resources /Administration Management from a reputable University
Experience:
Proven Experience in personnel daily operations Supervision and team leadership.
Experience inleading a team and to effectively maintain high operational progress.
Skills:
Effectiveoralandwrittencommunicationskills.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft 365, dashboard, ERP, and computing devices.
Effectivepresentationskills.
Effectiveadministrative/interpersonalskills.
Time Management Skills
Other Requirements:
English Language.
Preferably to be CIPD, PHRI, SHRM Certified.
Training Courses or Workshops in Human Resources Management is a plus.
Actively attending yearly HR summit or seminars conducted locally and globally.
