Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (Bachelors degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Organizational Development, Organizational Effectiveness, Business Administration, or related field)
- Must have minimum of 10 years experience in the same field
- Excellent communication, including both oral and written English
- Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams
- Ability to communicate the rationale for changes in policies / program to senior-level manager, leaders, and stakeholders
