Human Capital Excellence - Monitor HC Excellence Mailbox and pick up requests associated with Reporting, Audit and Compliance, Enquiries etc. and ensure they are delivered within agreed timelines with key stakeholders.
Audit Compliance - Review outcomes of data integrity checks to measure effectiveness and adherence of data management processes and controls and monitor data quality and data integrity.
Special Projects & Initiatives - Execute with clear objectives and KPIs for special projects and initiatives to ensure continuous value addition by GS HC in line with business goals.
Reporting & Analytics - Deliver on group-wide HC reporting requests and creation of regular and ad-hoc HC reports requested by management, verticals, and key stakeholders.
Relationship Management & Communication - Build positive relationship with the key stakeholders in the verticals and drive customer satisfaction for the services provided.
Continuous Improvement - Execute with Continuous Improvement mindset in the sub-function and other GS HC sub-function (through collaboration with leads) in line with GS Strategy.
