Responsibilities:
Drive and execute full funnel Performance Marketing planning and execution across on- platform, off platform & Search for the Personal Care category in Arabia to deliver best in class ROAS.
• Build performance marketing strategies across brand, customer, and shopper JTBD, leveraging search, display, and performance media and align with key stakeholders.
• Work with Media, D-com & DMCH Managers to translate d-com business priorities into performance strategy to accelerate growth across shopper platforms through full funnel conversion.
• Understand & Leverage retailer platform functionalities especially Amazon search and media to deliver ROAS on Unilever media investment on the retailer platform.
• Plan and create platform off retailer campaigns leveraging advertising partner capabilities across Google Search, Meta, Snap and others.
• Drive In-flight optimizations on creatives, placements, target audience and landing page and other opportunities working with media agency and PRM data lead.
• Work with content partners to deliver content in line with the signed off plan.
• Drive performance media innovation with a testing, iterate and learning agenda to pilot new Adtech with retailers and established/ un-tested advertising solutions with partners.
• Define A/B testing opportunities (audience segments, channel and content) and building into media & content execution plans.
• Codify the learning/results from each campaign and use the evaluation to sharply what works and constantly recommend optimization plan to course correct on campaigns that are not performing.
• Work with DMCH & Media managers to create capability/training sessions as needed to upskill brand teams on performance marketing.
