- 2-3 years of experience in operations, logistics or management consulting.
- Excel/Google sheets proficiency.
- Strong working knowledge of analytics tools like SQL, Google sheets, Tableau, Looker etc.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Arabic is a plus.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills: Experience in dealing with members and cross functional teams.
- Passionate about analytics.
- Hands-on attitude and willingness to challenge/improve the status quo.
- An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude.
