- Translating our leadership and people development strategy into coherent development initiatives.
- Working collaboratively with HRBPS, TA, and functional areas to analyze Deel’s unique development needs, both for our current state and as we grow.
- Developing and implementing dynamic learning initiatives that meet those needs. Leadership development is a focus for us in 2024.
- Creating learning resources that people want to engage with: including presentation decks, elearning, knowledge resources, and more.
- Contributing to key projects including new hire onboarding, leadership development, and career mapping.
- Occasionally sourcing and managing outside partners who are the right fit for Deel to provide training and development activities.
- Constantly assessing the effectiveness of development projects and establishing metrics and reporting methods that demonstrate their impact.
- Continually reviewing and evolving ways of working; driving continuous improvements as Deel’s needs change.
