As a People Consultant you will work directly with Googlers People Partners and other People Operations teams to provide personalized guidance support and solutions on a breadth of People Operations related activities requiring expertise and depth across multiple organizations and specialties. You will focus on Googlers experiences provide timely responses share knowledge and experiences with fellow team members and balance individual needs with our philosophy principles and available resources.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dynamic consultations around a variety of Human Resource (HR) topics aligned to the People Operations Menu of Services such as performance enablement team/manager/leader effectiveness career development diversity equity and inclusion and navigating transitions.
  
• Contribute to deployment of HR programs and processes for a business area product area or market via dynamic consultations.
  
• Seek opportunities to identify recommend and advance longterm scalable and simplified solutions to drive continuous improvements in people processes asking for input or buyin from more executive leaders when needed.
  
• Identify key business product or market areas and People Operations stakeholders to build networks and contribute to crossteam collaboration.
  
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of local/market legal and regulatory knowledge Googlewide HR policies and the People Operations Menu of Services to effectively service Googlers managers and leaders.
