Requirements
- Medical degree and valid license to practice as a Pediatrician Specialist/Consultant
- Completion of a recognized residency program in pediatrics
- Proven experience in diagnosing and treating pediatric conditions
- Strong knowledge of child growth and development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with young patients and their families
- Empathy, compassion, and a child-centered approach to care
- Detail-oriented mindset and ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address complex medical issues related to pediatrics
