- Ensure PDI & PPO Operations function with highest standards, maximize output &minimize work interruption to meet sales demand.
- Ensure SOP is always followed in all sections of PDI & PPO.
- Ensure 5S & Kaizen initiatives are implemented & sustained.
- Ensure WIP control through daily monitor.
- Ensure associate engagement is improved through effective impact plan & action. Sustain impact plan actions.
