- Knowledge of the NZ employment legislation and the holidays act, ensuring compliance is maintained
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- The ability to prioritise and manage workflow
- Experience using payroll systems
- High level of proactivity and initiative
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
