Requirements:
  • 3 years of proven work experience as a Payment Specialist Financial Analyst or relevant role;
  • Bachelors degree in finance economics mathematics statistics or in a related field;
  • Experience in working with local payment providers and knowledge of ecommerce are considered as advantages;
  • Solid experience in Zoho Books or Quick Books;
  • Strong MSOffice skills: MS Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook;
  • An ability to analyze market trends and provide databased advice;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking;
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration skills;
  • Excellent time management organizational skills and attention to detail.


About the position:
  • Generate invoices ensuring contractual compliance and purchase orders for internal approval & tracking of large expenses;
  • Manage entries reconciliations proper costing and all incoming payments;
  • Collaborate with management to gather and analyze financial information;
  • Assist Department Manager with cash flow entries Budgeting and Forecasting;
  • Submit VAT applications and VAT Refunds;
  • Generate Receivables reports and other reports as requested;
  • Analyze financial data to identify our company s financial status;
  • Conduct cost revenue streams liquidity and benchmarking analyses;
  • Participate in regular audits and recommend corrective financial action plans;
  • Keep informed of regulatory requirements and best practices in financial management.
