- Oversee Park Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the park, ensuring that facilities, amenities, and services are well-maintained and meet safety standards. This includes overseeing maintenance, scheduling repairs, and coordinating with relevant departments or contractors.
- Familiarity with the local entertainment market, including knowledge of current trends and competitors in the industry.
- Proficiency in operating and managing parks and gardens, ensuring their smooth functioning and upkeep.
- Budgeting and Financial Management: Develop and manage the park's annual budget, including forecasting expenses, allocating resources, and monitoring financial performance. Seek opportunities for revenue generation through park activities, events, and partnerships, and ensure financial accountability and compliance with relevant regulations.
