• Completing and reviewing any administrative documents, procedures and forms related to the corporate, compliance and transaction related issues
• Filing, organizing, and maintaining a register of filings and other legal records • Preparing and organizing signature process and safekeeping of original documents
• Fluency in oral and written French and English is essential.
• Prior experience in a legal support function (e.g Legal Assistant) is essential.
• Strong analytical skills is a must.
• Proven ability to work independently and to tight deadlines.
