Packing manager

Educational Qualifications: Applicant must have a bachelor's degree in production management, industrial engineering, or a related field. Preferably have a background in supply chain management and operations.

Technical Knowledge: The candidate must be familiar with packaging methods and relevant quality management systems. Must have knowledge of the latest technologies and equipment used in packaging operations.

Managerial Skills: The candidate must be able to manage the working team in the packing lines and motivate them to achieve ideal performance. Must have leadership, data analysis and decision making skills.

Organization and Planning: The candidate must be able to organize the production schedule and plan the use of resources effectively to ensure high productivity and meet quality standards.
