Job Description:
Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff within the operating theatre department, including Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and other support staff.
Assign duties, delegate responsibilities, and provide guidance and support to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations
Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, standards of practice, and infection control policies within the operating theatre.
Monitor and control departmental expenses, supplies, and equipment to ensure cost-effective operations while maintaining quality standards.
