Job Description
Education and training:
Have at least a bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational psychology, or a related field.
Master's degree or additional certifications in organizational development preferred.
Experience:
At least 5-7 years of experience in the field of human resources development or organizational development.
Experience working with change management teams and improving organizational performance.
