Job Description
Hold a bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational psychology, human resources, or a related field.
Deep knowledge of the concepts of human resource development and organizational performance improvement.
Ability to provide support in the design and implementation of human resources development and training programs.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make recommendations based on data and analysis.
Ability to deal effectively with a variety of internal and external partners.
Ability to develop and implement human resources development strategies and provide innovative solutions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver training and workshops effectively.
