- At least five years’ experience in organizational change management or related discipline (e.g., transformation, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership in organizational change management
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels within the organization
Preferred Skills
- Completion of an undergraduate degree
- At least one year experience in Information Technology-related projects
