Source and appoint distributors through impactful presentations and sales negotiation. Develop and execute effective brand strategies for organic and health food product launch - go to market strategy for the product launch and market penetration. Develop and executive strategic and operational sales plans for market share, volume and revenue. Define pricing models based on competitor analysis, sales forecasts and market penetration. Create partnerships in the health & fitness and HoReCA sector. Establish brand guidelines for product launch marketing and PoS collateral. Develop and manage budgets related to promotions, PoS materials and distribution.
Mandatory Skills & Experience 5+ years’ UAE experience in organic food, F&B or FMCG product launches through distributors in modern trade and HORECA – direct sales, trade marketing, category management. Strong commercial and financial acumen – data analysis, SWOT analysis based on competitor and consumer insights, customer segmentation and route to market options. Proficient use of Excel and PowerPoint. UAE driving license.
Candidate Profile Currently living in the United Arab Emirates – must be able to live and work in Dubai. Fluent in English. Confident, self-motivated and results driven with excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
