Job Description

- Monitor central mailbox for incoming orders and order follow up for LV IEC & Geared Motors
- Enter new orders into SAP timely and accurately, process credit returns to both domestic and international Innomotics facilities.
- Arrange part number creation to facilitate order execution.
- Analyze and process customer comments either with direct answers and/or through factory engineering support.
- Prepare and offer change orders when appropriate and through adherence with established procedures.
- Maintain/Support progress throughout the execution of orders.
- Collaborate with Factory Order/Project Managers for any changes in price, schedule etc.
