Job Description
Kinetic has partnered with a leading Medical Devices company who are hiring an Order Processor to be based in Dubai.
Manage orders received via phone or email.
Verify order accuracy and completeness.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all orders, shipments, and customer communications.
Work with cross-functional teams with all aspects regarding ordering and shipping from the principals.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns regarding order status, shipment schedules, and product details.
Monitor inventory levels to guarantee accurate and efficient order fulfillment.
Collaborate with suppliers and third-party service providers to ensure precise and smooth order
fulfillment.
