Job Description
Knowledge of Human Capital Management (HCM) systems: Deep understanding of HCM systems such as Oracle HCM Cloud or other similar systems.
Work Experience: Hands-on experience implementing and supporting human capital management solutions including requirements analysis, planning and system integration.
Extensive HR knowledge: Strong understanding of HR processes, best practices and related legal legislation.
Good consulting and communication skills: Ability to provide consultations to clients, and communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to understand needs and provide solutions.
Problem-solving and analytical ability: Ability to analyze problems and identify effective solutions to meet human capital management needs.
