Experience in Oracle Application with Expert in Oracle HRMS (HCM) 12i.
Must have 2-3 end to end implementation experience
Must have 2-3 support project experience
In-depth knowledge of Core HR, SSHR, Absence Management, and Compensation & Benefits, Oracle HR- Payroll, OTL
Must be aware of Oracle implementation methodologies.
Having proficiency in Business Process understanding, Conceptualization, Documentation and mapping with Oracle EBS Good bent of solution mind
Flexibility to play the role of independent contributor & also as an onsite coordinator/ lead, a primary contact from Onsite to update status to client/ senior management
Strong communication skills Should possess good language skills, should be able to articulate
