- Support and drive the NEOM Rail O&M transition process.
- Coordinate inputs from NEOM Rail resources to create and deliver the NEOM Rail O&M transition plan including identifying dependencies and implementing cross-workstream/cross output collaboration systems with key stakeholders (Airports, Oxagon, The Line etc).
- Support the delivery of a robust plan to develop the operational systems and processes for the commencement of Commercial Operations and ongoing changes as the system matures, develops and expands to meet future population growth.
