Senior Procurement Team Leader

Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree usually in business administration or related field. Previous experience in the field of procurement and supplies is considered essential, and leadership or organizational experience is preferred.

Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of procurement and supply chain processes, including supplier negotiations, contract management, and performance evaluation.

Leadership skills: Ability to lead and manage the procurement team, direct efforts towards achieving set goals, and motivate and develop the team.

Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with the internal team and external suppliers. These can include verbal, written and negotiation skills.

Analysis and Planning: Ability to analyze data and provide strategic reports to improve procurement processes, and develop strategies to improve cost efficiency and quality.
