Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree usually in business administration or related field. Previous experience in the field of procurement and supplies is considered essential, and leadership or organizational experience is preferred.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of procurement and supply chain processes, including supplier negotiations, contract management, and performance evaluation.
