Operations Manager - New Native

Role DescriptionThis is a fulltime onsite role for an Operations Manager at New Natives office in Riyadh. As an Operations Manager you will be responsible for overseeing daytoday operations implementing effective processes and procedures managing resources stakeholder relations budgets and ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. You will also collaborate with the local and European teams to drive operational excellence and contribute to the growth and success of our AI platform.

QualificationsBachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management preferably in a governmental setting.Experience in project management (PMP certification is preferred).Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to governmental operations including public tendering.Proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically excel sheets.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
