- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of property managers, guest services staff, maintenance personnel, and other operational staff members.
- Property Management: Ensure all properties are maintained to the highest standards, coordinating fit-out, cleaning, maintenance, and repairs as necessary.
- Guest Services: Oversee guest check-ins, check-outs, and requests to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.
- Homeowner Relations: Foster strong relationships with homeowners, addressing their needs and concerns while maximizing property performance.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for property operations, ensuring cost-effective solutions and timely financial reporting.
- Quality Control: To meet or exceed guest expectations, implement and maintain quality control standards.
