- Act as a single point of contact and develop positive relationships with the client for all facilities management services issues in the area of responsibility.
- Respond to problems and concerns, implementing policy, rules, and regulations.
- Manage on-site facilities management operation teams.
- Manage contractual relationships and work with the client's representatives to assure excellent service delivery to client's locations.
- Support the account management team to monitor and modify the services deliverables.
- Review and establish procedure playbooks that demonstrate performance is being consistently delivered.
