Job Description

- Formulate and review various projects as directed by the Executive Team and to create SOP’s for each
- Ensuring the CRM system is updated for all client projects
- Management of staff including Government Relationships Officer (GRO)
- Identify and ensure all expiry reminders for Commercial Registrations, visas, government portals, passports etc. are entered into the CRM
- Providing timely responses on research queries and government processes
- Internal management of KSA operations and liaison with UAE operations team
