Key Tasks & Responsibilities:.
Monitor day-to-day operations of the team.
Provie hands-on assistance where needed..
Ensure all vessel files are opened and closed correctly and completed on time.
Monitor daily correspondence and ensure queries are responded or at least acknowledged within 1 hour..
Ensure vessels are provided with the relevant information prior to their call and all parties updated..
