Education and training:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. Preferably have a recognized qualification in human resources management such as PHR (Professional in Human Resources) or SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources).
Experience:
Previous experience in the field of human resources management.
Management skills:
Ability to effectively manage the HR team, direct and motivate them to implement HR policies and procedures.
Knowledge of laws and regulations:
Deep understanding of local and international laws and regulations related to human resources.
