Operations Manager - Heavy Equipment Rental - Perfect Vision - KSA

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the heavy equipment rental operations in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daytoday operations ensuring equipment availability and delivering exceptional customer service. This role will be based in Dammam Saudi Arabia and offers an exciting opportunity to lead and grow within a dynamic construction environment. Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the heavy equipment rental department including equipment maintenance logistics and customer service Develop and implement strategies to optimize equipment utilization and minimize downtime Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards for equipment operation and maintenance Manage a team of rental coordinators technicians and support staff providing leadership guidance and performance management Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify opportunities for equipment expansion and rental growth Maintain relationships with equipment suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement and delivery of rental assets Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement Conduct regular inspections of rental equipment to ensure quality standards and readiness for customer use Handle customer inquiries requests and issue resolution to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Prepare operational reports budgets and forecasts for senior management review

Requirements

• Proven experience (10 years) in a similar role within the heavy equipment rental or construction industry Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team Indepth knowledge of heavy equipment types functionality and maintenance requirements Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices for equipment operation and workplace safety Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers suppliers and internal stakeholders Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for operational improvement and growth Proficiency in using operational management software and tools for tracking reporting and analysis Bachelors degree in engineering business administration or a related field (MBA or relevant certifications are a plus)
