Job Description
Education and training:
Bachelor's degree in management, engineering, or related field. Postgraduate studies in management or engineering management would be beneficial.
Experience:
Previous experience in operations management. Preferably, experience as an Operations Manager or General Manager is usually at least 2-4 years.
Driving skills:
Ability to effectively lead and direct operational teams, and motivate them to achieve operational objectives.
Planning and organization skills:
Ability to develop and implement operations strategies and manage resources and budgets effectively.
Management skills:
Ability to manage performance, evaluate processes, and develop performance improvement procedures.
