Job Purpose:
To be successful as a Operations Lead you should be experienced in optimizing warehousing processes and be an effective team leader. You should be dependable and have excellent organizational and time management skills.
What youll do:
Lead and develop teams reporting into this position.
Build cadences to manage in-bound and out-bound movements of stock, along with operations performance reporting
Manage warehouse activities in order to maintain continuous customer service, along with keeping a check on KPIs and drivers of performance
Manage and replenish inventory and stock levels for customers
5s management in warehouse
Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
Ensuring adherence to strict health and safety regulations.
Implement and improve KPIs for warehouse performance
Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
Manage/report on warehouse and fleet utilization
Ensure costs are within budget (Fixed & Variable Distribution Costing, and Capital Expenditure related to the Warehouse Operation)
Identify staff development needs within the Warehouse conduct merit review on a timely basis and ensure that all employees follow the company policy & Procedures
Minimum Bachelor s degree in business, management, logistics or a related field preferred.
Prior 3 years of experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar management position.
Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
Candidate must be based in KSA and can speak Arabic
Time management skills and the ability to delegate.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software
Good communication skills
