Operations Ground Staff

Reception:

• Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Efficiently handle customer inquiries, registrations, and payments.
• Provide clear and concise information about laser tag sessions and other offerings.

Prep-up & Briefing Room:

• Prepare players for their laser tag experience by outfitting them with necessary equipment.
• Conduct engaging and informative briefing sessions, ensuring participants understand game rules and safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the prep-up and briefing areas.

Arena Supervision

• Monitor and supervise laser tag games to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
• Enforce game rules and safety guidelines, intervening when necessary to maintain order.
• Assist players with questions or concerns during gameplay.

Control Room:

• Operate and monitor the control room equipment to ensure smooth and effective laser tag sessions.
• Communicate with arena staff to coordinate game starts, stops, and player rotations.
• Troubleshoot and address technical issues promptly.
