Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

Following the provided scripts when handling different

Will strive towards going beyond the assigned target and achieve best possible conversion rate

Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra

Keep records of all conversations in our CRM Database by documenting

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

Diploma/ bachelor s degree/pursuing

Minimum Experience: 2 Years of International Outbound Sales experience (US)

Job-Specific Skills:

Good communication (US accent) and presentation skills

Track record of meeting

Comfortable working in US shift (7PM TO 4AM, work location- Noida, )
