- Proven experience in a senior management role within an engineering consultancy, with a focus on the transport and infrastructure sector.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Financial acumen and budget management experience.
- Understanding of HSE standards and sustainable practices.
- Significant Middle East experience.
