Job Description
.
Design and implement operation management strategies, plans, and procedures
. Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
. Establish policies that promote culture and vision for operation management
. Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
. Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics with tracking and establishing corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and
forecasting.
. Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance
. Participate in expansion activities (departments, Products, Software, Vendors, etc. )
. Manage, Maintain, and build trusted relationships with key customers, partners, and Vendors.
