Operations Coordinator

Handling the recruitment campaign with full details of candidates and clients.

Coordinate with partners daily and follow up on outstanding documents.

Request airline tickets from associated partners.

Knowledge of different regions in the Asia Pacific region to recruit different categories requested by clients.

Understand and know the recruitment process for all countries.

.

Technical knowledge for civil, electrical and mechanical sites.

.

Excellent knowledge in using MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

.

Knowledge of dealing with clients from the construction and oil and gas industry.

.

Experience working with consultancies that employ foreign workers.
