Roles & Responsibilities

.

Collect and analyze data related to various operational processes.

.

Implement and monitor changes to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.

.

Document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various processes.

.

Support any new/existing geographical expansion by reviewing the processes, policies, and procedures, and advising management on possible risks.

.

Work with various internal stakeholders to identify ways to enhance current service offering and products placement.

.

Recommend & implement new processes or optimize existing processes by evaluating desired organizational outcomes, identifying problems, evaluating trends, and anticipating requirements.

.

Understanding organizations key applications which includes EMR Systems, Contact Center Solutions, Mobile App, etc. and provide support in enhancing End-to-End processes by enhancing user experience and with a cost optimization approach.

.

Ensure timely completion of all planned work schedules, prepare, and maintain records as per standards required by the organization.

.

Coordinate with business stakeholders and liaise with IT team to provide clear business requirements for any new/ existing application enhancements.

.

Follow-up with the Payers on the due/ pending invoices and escalate as per the defined SLA’s.

.

Respond to internal/ client request, feedback, or complaint by assessing its priority and update the reporting manager accordingly.

.

Ensure that process documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

.

Perform any other relevant duties as and when assigned by the reporting manager.

Desired Candidate Profile

.

Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, finance, or a related field with at least three years of related work experience in healthcare or health insurance industry

.

Understanding of customer needs and expectations, knowledge for improvement and a keen attention to detail

.

Strong primary and secondary research skills

.

Excellent problem solving, conflict management, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
