- Ensure the timely provision of data and reports to the Head of operations and recommend operational improvements in order to support in planning, decision making and continuous improvement.
- Manage the development key performance indicators for each division within operation to ensure implementation of strategic objectives and continuously monitor performance.
- Monitor weekly, monthly and quarterly operations reports, identify performance gaps and ramifications, and lead the development of corrective actions that tackle the root causes.
