This role is essential for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring that our services align with the strategic objectives of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize daily operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to support business goals

Oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to ensure profitability

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery

Monitor operational performance metrics and identify areas for improvement

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team

Requirements & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field

Strong understanding of operational management principles and practices

Excellent leadership and team management skills

Proficient in project management methodologies and tools

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

12–17 years of experience in operations management or a related field

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in a relevant field

Experience in the administrative and support services industry

Familiarity with performance management systems and metrics

Certification in project management or operations management
