1. Handle online customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback through web chat.
2. Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer queries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
3. Assist customers with product recommendations, technical support, and order tracking.
4. Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all interactions with customers.
5. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers.
6. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments for further investigation and resolution.
7. Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient customer support process.
