• Define the strategy and vision for data analytics and lead the development of data-driven solutions
  
• Manage a team of data analysts and data engineers, including performance management, coaching, and mentoring
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop data analytics solutions
  
• Lead the development of data analytics dashboards and reports
  
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data analytics and data engineering
  
• Write technical documents to explain data analytics systems and processes
  
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
  
• Collaborate with data security and privacy teams to ensure compliance with regulations and policies
  
• Develop and manage project plans and budgets

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
  
• At least 8 years of experience in data analytics and data engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in a management role
  
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, SQL, and R
  
• Experience with big data technologies such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, and NoSQL databases
  
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
  
• Excellent leadership and management skills
  
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
