Job Summary

Job Title: Onboarding & Public Relations Officer (PRO)


Location: Abu Dhabi UAE
Employment Type: Full-time

We are seeking an experienced Onboarding & Public Relations Officer (PRO) with strong knowledge of CICPA and Other ADNOC access-pass processing employment visas labour procedures and government-related documentation.

Key Responsibilities


  • Process and manage CICPA access passes for employees visitors and other personnel working in restricted areas.
  • Handle employment visa procedures including new applications renewals cancellations status changes and visa stamping.
  • Coordinate with relevant authorities and entities including MOHRE Immigration ADNOC and other government departments.
  • Process work permits labour cards Emirates ID applications medical fitness tests and related employment documentation.
  • Monitor expiry dates and ensure the timely renewal of employee visas Passes permits.
  • Assist employees with immigration labour and other government-related procedures.
  • Coordinate with HR Administration Operations and Project teams to complete government formalities within the required timelines.
  • Use relevant government portals and online systems to submit track and follow up on applications.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws immigration regulations and company policies.
  • Keep management informed of regulatory changes that may affect company operations or employees.


Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Abu Dhabi preferably within the Oil & Gas and Energy industry.
  • Proven hands-on experience in CICPA & ADNOC pass processing is mandatory.
  • Experience handling ADNOC-related documentation approvals and access permits.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE employment visa labour immigration Emirates ID and medical fitness procedures.
  • Experience working with UAE government authorities portals and online application systems.
  • Strong communication coordination document-preparation and record-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple applications priorities and deadlines efficiently.
  • High level of accuracy confidentiality and attention to detail.
  • A valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
