Job Description:

We are currently seeking a resourceful and dependable Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our office environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence including mail emails and faxes.
  • Maintain office filing systems both electronic and physical ensuring organization and accessibility.
  • Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments meetings and events.
  • Handle office supplies inventory ordering and restocking.
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks such as processing invoices and expense reports.
  • Perform basic clerical duties including photocopying scanning and faxing documents.
  • Support other administrative staff with various tasks and projects as needed.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the office space.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
