- Provide support to the section head with resales activities, ensuring that all transactions are executed efficiently and in compliance with established procedures.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, and external parties to facilitate successful resale transactions.
- Follow-up on agreements and documentations to ensure completion, accuracy, and adherence to contractual obligations.
- Co-ordinate with relevant parties to resolve any issues promptly.
- Ensure strict compliance with novation agreements and contractual obligations throughout the resale process.
- Respond to customer inquiries related to resale transactions and provide timely and accurate responses to queries within set KPI, clarifications, and information requests to ensure a transparent resale process.
- Escalate queries to section head and seek consultation as required.
- Regularly update records to reflect the latest information, changes, and developments accurately.
- Foster positive relationships with peers, legal teams, and internal departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Prepare regular reports for management to make informed decisions.
- Ensure all resale transactions and agreements are in full compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry requirements.
