• Offer mortgage solutions and services to Arabic-speaking clients, providing detailed explanations and guidance throughout the application process.
• Assess the financial backgrounds of clients to determine their eligibility for mortgage loans.
• Collaborate with clients to gather necessary documentation and information for mortgage applications.
• Educate clients on various mortgage options, terms, and conditions to help them make informed decisions.
• Work with lenders to secure competitive mortgage rates and terms for clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage regulations, guidelines, and trends in the market.
• Respond to inquiries and provide excellent customer service in Arabic to ensure a positive experience for clients.
