Job Summary
**Purpose of the role**
The company's Odoo ERP went live in November 2026. This role will stabilise the system in its first six months: resolve issues quickly make sure every team uses Odoo correctly in their daily work and leave the company able to run and support the system confidently on its own.
**Key responsibilities**
**Post go-live support (hypercare)**
* Act as the first point of contact for all Odoo issues and questions from users
* Log prioritise and resolve support tickets and escalate technical issues to the implementation partner or Odoo support
* Fix configuration problems in workflows user access rights approval rules product setup and units of measure
**Business processes and modules**
* Make sure the core processes run end to end in Odoo: quote to invoice (Sales) purchase to payment (Purchase) stock control (Inventory) production orders and bills of materials (Manufacturing) and finance (Accounting)
* Support the first month-end closes in Odoo including UAE VAT setup and reconciliations with the Head of Finance
* Check and clean master data: customers suppliers products bills of materials opening stock and price lists
* Confirm stock levels in Odoo match physical stock at the factory and distribution centre
**Training and documentation**
* Prepare a training plan within the first two weeks covering every user and their role
* Deliver role-based training to every employee on the parts of Odoo they use: sales purchasing stores production finance and HR
* Train managers to read reports and dashboards and to approve transactions in Odoo
* Run refresher sessions after the first month-end close based on the questions that come up in real use
* Deliver training in English and Arabic one to one and in small groups
* Sign off each user once they can complete their daily tasks independently and keep a training record
* Write simple step-by-step guides and standard operating procedures for each key process
* Build the reports and dashboards management needs such as sales stock production and receivables
**Improvement and handover**
* Keep a log of improvement requests recommend priorities and manage small configuration changes
* Train the company's internal Odoo champions so they can support users after the contract ends
* Deliver a full handover pack in the final month: configuration notes open issues and recommended next steps
**Skills and experience required**
**Essential**
* At least 3 years' experience as an Odoo functional consultant including post go-live support
* At least two full Odoo implementations ideally on recent versions
* Strong working knowledge of the Sales Purchase Inventory Manufacturing and Accounting modules
* Experience with UAE VAT setup and month-end processes in Odoo
* Proven experience training end users explaining the system clearly and patiently to non-technical staff
* Fluent in English and Arabic able to train in both languages
**Desirable**
* Odoo functional certification
* Experience in manufacturing garment or textile businesses
* Odoo HR payroll or Quality module experience
* Valid UAE residency or able to start immediately
