Experience:
It is preferable to have previous experience in supervising night operations, especially in hotels or restaurants. Experience can range from 2 to 5 years or more.
Driving skills:
You must have excellent leadership skills to manage and direct teams during the night shift.
Organization skills:
Your organization skills must be excellent to ensure operations are carried out effectively and on time.
Ability to make decisions:
Must be able to make informed decisions about challenges that arise during the night shift and deal with them effectively.
